With H.O. Wolding, Inc. safety incentive program, Drivers are able to earn one extra week of paid vacation, for driving safely. This past year, 53 drivers earned one extra week of paid vacation for having driven five consecutive years without having a preventable accident. Great Job and enjoy your extra time off!

Vacation pay based on percentage of wages increases with the number of years of service.

Rehired drivers and drivers with experience are brought in with credit for their number of years of experience. This allows them to begin at a higher rate of pay and bonus programs.
